ISP Accountant Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, the following.

Finance & Accounting tasks (80%).

· To manage and prepare overall accounting operations, including cash collection, assets movement, expenditures, revenue, payment and month-end/quarterly-end/year-end closing for all Thailand Holdings companies.

· Perform balance sheet reconciliations.

· Manage bank accounts and bank transactions. Perform bank reconciliation at month-end.

· Maintain general ledgers in compliance with regulations.

· Coordinate and execute timely payments to suppliers and employees. Prepare payment orders for approval, and make payments by bank transfer.

· To prepare all taxation activities and ensure timely tax fillings monthly, quarterly and annual for Thailand (VAT, PND50, PND51 etc.).

· Coordinate with external auditors, the Revenue Department tax consultant and the Corporate Secretary.

· Assist in performing annual budget and controlling utilization of budget.

· Assist in the preparation of cash-flow forecast.

· Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Administration tasks (20%).

· Manage administration tasks in the Thailand regional office (liaise with landlord, monitor and order office supplies and equipment, coordinate with vendors for office maintenance or repairs etc.).

· Taking care of business trips for the Thailand regional team (booking travel and accommodations).

· Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management.

 

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related majors.

· At least 3 years of working experience as an accountant/auditor/tax accountant.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good command of English, excellent command of Thai

· Able to well under deadline pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Oracle (Netsuite) and Education Industry experiences are a plus.
